The voices of the children were amplified at a Human Rights Day event in The Woodlands, TX.
Children and parents alike reflected on the displayed writings and artwork created by asylum seekers held in detention at Karnes Family Detention Center. They then responded by creating Christmas cards for asylum-seeking children currently living in the Houston area.
